Welcome to my Vegan food blog!

The aim of this blog is to document some of the many foods we eat on a daily basis to show how easy and simple it can be to eat fully plant based.

I’ve eaten a fully plant based, vegan diet for just over a year now and I’ve gotta say there isn’t much I miss from my old Carnivorous days! We eat the same types of foods we always have, cheesy burgers, delicious Asian inspired dishes, creamy curries and soups, devilishly naughty loaded pizzas and much more.

This blog is to show you that it isn’t difficult to make some awesome changes in your life that not only benefit you’re health (we eat much more veggies, beans, legumes and fruits now) but you don’t need to give up your fave fast food treats either.

We don’t do it for our health, though the benefits for me have been glaringly obvious, so we still get to eat the same naughty foods while also helping reduce the hundreds of millions of animals that are killed each year.
